Lovin’ Dead is a Sonoma County based Grateful Dead Tribute Band, celebrating the Music and Culture of the Grateful Dead & Jerry Garcia.
Featuring Jay Wilcox (lead guitar/vocals), Jeff Quigley (keyboard/vocals), Zach Jones (rhythm guitar/vocals), Zach Partain (bass) & BT Leach (drums), Anna Elva (drums) & other guests
Jay & Jeff have been making music together for decades & in 2018 they teamed up with Zach Partain and drummer Mark Latimer to form Lovin’ Dead.
The sound and vibes went to the next level in 2021 when Zach Jones joined the band, bringing explosive vocal style & authentic rhythm guitar work into the mix
Jamming Live & striving to deliver a unique yet familiar musical experience is what Lovin’ Dead does best. You’ll find them searching for the Sound exploring interactive psychedelic jams, smoking’ guitar work, soulful harmonies
